TRANSMISSION

Here is the transcript of a single-sided handwritten note I found today inside Nigel Kerner's book, The Song of the Greys (New English Library, 1998), about the grey aliens. I bought the book and found the message at the very same time of the highest shooting star meteor shower activity for some years, assisted by a Moon-free night of velvet darkness.

RGB IMPLANTS

The Magic Lantern is a light-projective optical device invented by a Jesuit priest, Father Athanasius Kircher, who explained the principles in his book Ars Magna Lucis et Umbrae (1645). By this phantasmagoria machine he could conjure up ghosts at will for occult effects. Now his device has been replaced by TV and internet, hence the art which conceals art and the shrunken heads. To get their social programming messages across, the Remote Controllers insert certain motifs into TV, internet, print and other mass media, such as the two examples of the butterfly from The Sun newspaper shown here. Whilst not all instances are programming, we don't know how many. Most of them could be remote-controlled saturisation acclimatisation.

"Come and suck on the NWO's pearls of wisdom". The paraded Page 3 Girl, Hollie (The Sun, 22 April 2010, p.3).

According to olden folklore, the Devil sometimes appears in the form of a butterfly; nocturnal "funereal butterflies" accompany macabre creatures; and the offering of a butterfly is pleasing to the Devil.[1] This is why the butterfly was chosen as the emblem of the Project MONARCH mindwarp; also because its mind-controlled, traumatised victims metamorphose from their old and 'ugly' caterpillar self into a new and 'beautiful' butterfly robot whilst trapped inside the mind-programming cauldron chrysalis.

Megan Fox, marked by script permanent as a Chosen One (The Sun, 22 April 2010, p.41).

As part of a feature on tattoos in the same edition of The Sun, Megan Fox is depicted with her "We will all laugh at gilded butterflies" tattoo inscribed on her reverse. She is what is accepted as beautiful, and her surname Fox can be pronounced as "Fucks", hence the association lines that the Butterfly Ball is both sexy and desirable. But FOX is the secret codeword for 666 (F= the 6th English Alphabet letter; O=15th English Alphabet letter [1+5 = 6]; X=24th English Alphabet letter [2+4 = 6]). Marked by the Beast-Butterfly, her smile is hollow.

LEFT: Celebrity celebrity Paris Hilton out in public. RIGHT: Synthpop band La Roux's In For The Kill (Sharaz's Sleep When You're Dead Remix) (2011). Both characters are adorned with a butterfly.

I could no doubt find many more examples of the openly-flaunted butterfly-on-or-near-famous-people motif via the (black) mass media and other sources, but I tarry here, to warn that whether you believe in this or not - don't take the Mark!

THE IFSB

For several months now the OKOK Research Bureau has been involved in talks with American colleagues on the idea of forming a new Fortean Investigation Unit named "The Intrepid Forteans Surveying Borderlands" (IFSB). This project has now been shelved, but we have decided to make available a draft version of the press release concerning our proposed mass Human-Alien contact experiment, in the hope that it may inspire others to take up the mantle. It can be read here [90kb PDF].

A CONNECTION WHY SOME PEOPLE...

On that stretch of motorway again, the "now you see it now you don't" turning that's sometimes there and sometimes not was this time. The off-ramp bump put a fear in me, trundling over the embedded stones along the track was a barbed wire warning. I stopped at the first juncture. There was two Moons.

TEST MONSTERS

Rituals in the desert knows. Markers all over the place. "A ceremony an acre," or whatever they have in America. They'll come through an arch and through you. No-one will believe you, singing a different song. Some work inside the mountains.

9ENISES

At the seance something shed an unusual hair. The EVP Woman stole it and kept it under her pillow. People were searching, voices on the landing, a cold hand on hot hand at 3AM. Something about "insane distances" and the "doorway frequency" in a damp diary. The hair cut all-comers.

NO DEMONSTRATIONAL MEANING

In Autumn 1999 I was stuck, so wandered the middle-night streets in haze, searching for a reason or three. I found zero answers, and resolved to immerse in simple creativity. One night I made spontaneous voice readings of any excerpts from my & Liam Olan's The OKOK Manual (Luminous Press, 1999) into an antique ribbon microphone and homemade effects unit. The loose-leaf nature of the manual facilitated the random read and chance connections of the segments spoken, and the whole thing ended up as the No Demonstrational Meaning audio-cassette, that I self-published in 1999. A review of it by Henry Holt appeared in Fluctuationist Newsletter 9 (February 2000):

Some people just have to create art for art's sake, with no thought towards money and fame. The OKOK Society - a North Wales-based magical-art "cult cult" - are sure in this camp. For their latest release they've almost filled up one side of a TDK C90 with a mono monomaniacal spoken word rant by a single male augmented by a primitive echo effect beat box type backing. It's content is heavy on the scatological, dis- or anti-social substream, but this isn't some Freudian freakout, apparently, as it consists of random segments from the mostly found/channelled OKOK Manual, that seems to be the group's grimoire.

The speaker boldly informs us that this tape's "Purpose: transgressional apex," but it doesn't really reach any aegis. The sound quality, intent and atmosphere is somewhat reminiscent of the Cambridgeshire 'unscene' band, Alien Brains, i.e. a lo-fi bedroom take-it-or-leave-it recording, that is what it is. Some of the words are hard to make out, which defeats the object, but I suspect this is more intentional than careless engineering.

I quite agree with the makers that this tape has "no demonstrational meaning," and see little reason for releasing it at all (apart from a career suicide). It may succeed as a statement of "anti-art", but so could almost anything. Whether scripted or not, the word-deliverer comes across as very alone, a ballistic psychotic afflicted by horrific boredom and doomy desperation in the Wilderness Lodge, going off on a constant crazed existential angst barrage whilst thinking of old mines and shaking his fist at the global hiss.

Overall, No Demon... is a very unpleasant listen, like eavesdropping on someone's private hell, and you won't want to do it again. I label this work as an admittedly unusual but mostly dreary attempt to shock, like the crypto-fascist/serial killer fanzines that are thankfully not all the rage in the male underground scene now. The OKOKians are a vanguard new tendency of the Welsh avant-garde; their quantum vortex is huge and the ooomph and ability are there, so hopefully they will drop the Uncertainty Principle, hit the cassette culture sweet spot in the future, and never come down.

This historical recording has been salvaged from the memory hole and slightly edited then reformatted as a 36-minute, 128kbps MP3, that can be freely downloaded here.

"Who knows the secret of the black magic box?" There's plenty of evidence, dusted with paranormal. Investigator gotten something alive but that's where it stops. Test-tube in his mouth with belief again, the centre of the maze becomes a labyrinth.

THESE DAYS THE SIGNATURE IS PRINTED

The Men-in-Tweeds came at dawn to lay upon the decorated stone. Roads were blocked. The nearby zoo was closed. They filled in the grooves with luminous paint. At noon a sign. After a thumb-to-thumb rite something approached. The materials.

THE TIGHT CLIQUE I HAVE MET SO FAR

I don't think the 1970s will ever leave; that garish wallpaper has ingratiated itself too far. No-one got through me yet, ergo the COBOL Blacklist, Maverick Trackers, AMber Book, Inverted Jenny Society and Up-Side-Down Earth. Weed is the key, it fits the lock in the brain and ceremony's the chemical wedding that opens up new neural pathways and ignites light. Some people don't recognise food unless it's served up on a plate though. Stalked into the programs. Access unlimited. "Try it you'll like it" suggestion-order and outcome. It is a Satanic crime, but the layers are deeper: rings within rings... "I may be socially maladroit but know a strict verisimilitude", sum quoth, and are paid off, but have to obey.

PARALLEL CHOICES

Due to past experiences with myself and with other people, and because of outside sources, I became gradually more involved in the 1980s into 1990s subculturals, the eyes angled towards obscure monochrome zines. A lot of experiments, psychologically; the chemical imbalance exploit, or what? Elaborate plans to handle any situation: "Put yourself in my shoes...". You'd be surprised who they spoke to personally. Hence the evented news report at left.

WHITE ROOMS OF THE BLACK MACHINE

This indefatigable endeavour yields the laws of shock and virtual velocities. I write the jaw of the crocodile, as Nature is full of infinite reasons never in experience. The Voice of the Universe, which dictates its further thought, is understood by the eye; a pregnant announcement understood in the quietness of evening when the faces of kingfishers at the window become indistinct. These are the reverberations of the Black Machine.

HARMONIC CONVERGENCE

I long ago realised that the tutelary Third Order (Secret Chiefs) communicate through what humans call "synchronicity" and "coincidence". All those times I've needed specific information for the Great Work (even if I don't consciously know I do), then exactly the right information appears at exactly the right time, usually in a book found in a charity shop, those magical treasure houses so suited to these particular metaphysics, as no-one knows what will be donated or when. They operate totally on Chance, and are thus superb otherdimensional vortexes. And how many times have I thought of a question, and a second or later someone's voice on the radio answers it for me? As Antero Ali once imparted: "In the past they called it coincidence. Now they call it synchronicity. In the future, they'll call it SKILL".

The Third Order deliberately use this method of communication with humans as it is not as spectacular as appearing in a flash of light to hand over a message inscribed on gold tablets or whatever, which would draw too much unwanted attention to themselves and adversely shock the intended recipient(s) of the message - but it is sufficiently bizarre and meaningful enough for psychically-sensitive persons to notice it and suspect "something is going on" instigated by Higher Intelligence. It also encourages further research, the widening of borders. Later, when this idea is established and fully believed, it becomes a suitable event-procedure that immediately alerts you to recognise an incoming message, so you can distinguish the signal from the noise. It may be interpreted as it is, or perhaps like a Tarot card, or compared with different Third Order transmissions encountered before or after. You can easily get amazed.

I relate the manifested finding in a charity shop of a 1971 RCA audio-tape containing Russian composer-pianist Alexander Scriabin's wondrous Poem of Ecstasy and Prometheus - Poem of Fire, that work together in mysterious ways of otherwordly romanticism to impart a directly relevant Mutant Message of finely-tuned import. I leave then turn the corner, encountering "YOU WILL YOU WON'T..." scrawled across two glossy posters for the feature film The Butterfly Effect (2010) flyposted onto the green-glazed brick wall of a disused butcher's shop.

You can work out the symbolism involved, the intent; yet note that the "Butterfly Effect" - well-known both in experimental physics and experimental occultism - is the theory that, for example, something as tiny as the flapping of a butterfly's wings can set off a related chain of progressive events which eventually result in a great hurricane. So never underestimate the power of Magic (or Physics for that matter) - you might just get a lot more than you bargained for... The poster announces that the film will be in cinemas starting on 14 April this year. This is also the day/month date of Scriabin's death. He was born on Christmas Day. His other esoteric compositions of transcendent 'dissonance' include Black Mass and White Mass, that speak for themselves, as do the minutely-lettered liner notes to the tape, which include:

The freedom of untrammelled action; what the Stoics of ancient Greece called "divine, mindless play", would suffuse the entire world, dissolving it in ecstasy" . . . [Scriabin] described [The Poem of] Ecstasy as "music reeking of Revolution" . . . "When you listen to Ecstasy look straight into the eye of the Sun!" . . . "What plans I have, what plans! You know, I have lights in Prometheus . . . It's a poem of fire" . . . "What dreams I sometimes dream. But they are not dreams, but visions, illusions, which become tangible, sounds in pictures... That which will be...that which will be" . . . Its symbolism is endless . . . galactic orgasms.

After I had written the above, "The Agritainment Ploy" took me back to 24 July 2005, when the synchronicities spoke to confirm what I was to write nearly five years later. I got up early, and as it was the 24th, I started wondering about 24, the mysterious 'UFO Number' (according to John Keel and other researchers who have noted how often this number occurs in connection with UFO Contact). Then I turn on BBC Radio 3, and they are talking about the "Maize Maze" phenomena - farmers cutting large temporary mazes into their arable crops - which I hadn't heard of before. They interviewed Farmer Tom, who had cut a large "Big Ben"-based maze design on his 24-acre plot, which also incorporates a crazy golf course. He got the idea from his interest in crop circles and aliens. It was located near York and open to the public for the next eight weeks. 24 multiplied by 8 = 192, that urges a divination by 192.com for further clues...

THIS CHANNEL

I've always liked this photograph - first published in a Cologne newspaper in 1951, purporting to show a captured alien from a flying saucer crash-landing near Mexico City - even though the German newspaper involved later admitted it was an April Fool's Day 'hoax'. But when I first saw it as a child (likewise those creepy Victorian seance photos of fake cotton wool and cardboard cutout spirit manifestations) it engendered a deep sense of wonder in me, widened my imagination, and expanded probabilities... So, even if the Raincoat Men did make this alien out of clay, wax or a shaved monkey, how much of this photo is 'false' exactly, and how much of it is something else..? A faked reality led me to a genuine reality, where alien visitor contact (and spirit communications) became possible, and occurred. Who is really behind what?
