ORB FIELD AGENT REPORTS
ORB Field Agent Reports consists of fully revised and expanded versions of the - you guessed it - OKOK Research Bureau (ORB) Field Agent Reports, originally published in Y (UNITE) Volume II back in 2007. Subjects include Kubrick/Polanski film decoding; ritual murder; gangstalking; the Third Testament; numbersuns; the Moon-landing hoax and more. THE NEW UNDERGROUND DETECTIVE
For
some time I have been perplexed about the Underground Detective
(2006) international mail-art collaboration between the OKOK
Society, Circuit 47 and Deepkiss 720, as the font was boring old
Times New Roman and the superimposed images were of low resolution.
Now I've found the single-layer originals so have put them in there
instead of the pixillated annoyers, retypeset the work in Adobe
Garamond Pro, as a single block of text as was originally intended,
and deleted my drawing that didn't really fit, but does here
[above-left]. The new edition of Underground Detective is

THEY WANT YOU HULKED
It was very tranquil in North Wales over the past
weekend, and now everything looks clearer. I think the forthcoming
total eclipse of the Sun has shifted something. And just what is
this "something in the air" that can so obviously be felt? Have also
been tripping out to the Japanese woodblock printmaking of David Bull.
It's always a boost to watch genuine craftspeople at work,
especially when the videos are unintentionally ASMR-like. On the
personal creative front, I am getting more and more into
experimental poesy.

ON THE GO
I've uploaded some more videos to my YouTube channel. Hope to do more "as they happen" ones "in camera", maybe with a different soundtrack put in afterwards. The artful use of film was made plain to me by - amongst others - the tripped out scenarios of Jane & Louise Wilson and Gisèle Vienne.
Other watchings include Outer People such as: Krista Hower; Serenity Rayne; Dark Christian; Old Parts; Cecil Harvey; and the investigative journalism of Tom Cahill. These coloured inputs - along with whisky/ginger wine and the old shortwave radio static tapes - help put me in the right zone as I work on further projects, that are steering themselves so far, in a full-length, full-on vector, that feels good and potent. It's egg alright, darkness to brightness in the preconceptual registry, maybe to emerge as a for-sale hardcopy book for an unusual twist in the long run.

PATRICK WOOD - A HEAVY WEIGHT
A new Spook Press title has just been released in the form of A Heavy Weight by Patrick Wood. It consists of an 'existentialist' poem, 'A Heavy Weight', a new prose escape work, 'TIDE', the questioning 'Beyond Breconex', plus an Introduction by Jay Wilding. It can be downloaded here [1mb PDF].

THE VIOLET LENS - ISSUE 1
The lotus eaters have been weed-killered.
UK Decay just needs a final read-through tweak and the cover
photographs. There will be no more devotion, just a race for
devolution, all the way to the bottom of the bin, with free
Anonymous masks. This is documented in The Violet Lens,
Mark Reeve's monochromatic collage contemplation document, that
examines the block sinister of black magic, terrorism, serial
killing and deep state conspiracies. This first issue of the projected series is a lo-fi
freedom "silhouette" edition in praise of photocopiers, and it can

BRAINWASHED AT CHIP SHOP
The new publication entitled Brainwashed at Chip Shop contains seven somewhat dubious examples of supposed experimental fiction mostly written by Mark Reeve when he was seeing shadows out of the corner of his eyes and going to sleep wearing headphones to drown out the faint inscrutable voices in the air. A MEMORY MORE
It was I who invented the "Workwear
Scene" back in 2002, for a proposed magical cultus whose initiates
always dressed the same and only in work gear, as a reaction to
middle-class dilettante dark occultism and its expensive grimoire
fetish, a rerun of the earlier lurid empty goings on of the depraved
Satanism and ritual redrum of a certain finishing school for high
society young ladies in Snowdonia, Wales and the similarly vulgar
black magic in swinging London (see Sandra Shulman's The
Daughters of Satan [New English Library, 1969] and The
Degenerates [New English Library, 1970], respectively, these being two
supposedly 'fictional' accounts that nonetheless point).
If the cult existed today it would be
attired in black Blue Castle No.366 coveralls (aka boilersuits or overalls),
fur-lined Rigour Black Action Leather Steel Toe Cap Rigger Boots, a black eye-patch with a red-and-green eye painted on
its front worn over alternate eyes and days, and a 100% black
leather Site King Work Belt, put to robust use. This combination
alone would echo the best TUNES (Anagrammed: SETUN), as they say, and point the
way onwards to the next level. Then there's the night portals,
always on a wall, that come on special trips.

FOGHORN UPDATED
Foghorn: The OKOKian Intelligencer constitutes the definitive history of the magical-art philosophy of OKOKianism as practiced by the OKOK Society (later renamed the OKOK Research Bureau). It has now been updated, with an Introduction by Harold Holt; another Ordo Innominate Transmission that has recently been discovered; and various other tweaks. ODDMENTS
After a lot of strategic and aesthetic thought going into it the at-present final version of Oddments is now here. I am happy with the look, that has been optimised for screen-reading, and its content features texts that have been salvaged from out-of-print journals, magazines, deleted websites, etc. The general theme is occult and subculture, presented in the form of straight journalistic articles, experimental fiction, and several choice found items. A NEW NWPN NEWSLETTER
The North Wales Psych[ic]ogeographical Network (NWPN) have unexpectedly released a new newsletter, No.7, that is especially bizarre and ultra-poetic, even for them. It can be read, along with all their other newsletters, in a single PDF here [PDF].
It is not clear if the NWPN are still operational in the field or if they remain an open group, as they have not replied to prospective e-mail requests, but an insider has commentated that: "quaquaversal action continues in an oblique manner."

A NEW GOLD
This is a detail from a scary homemade postcard Dr Adolf Steg sent me, that looks like an aftermath on a nightmare beach, a Guy N. Smith pulp come real. It constituted/broadcasted a strong counterpoint to most paranormal radio shows that are way too formulaic predictable. I'm out on sonnets.

THE HONED HORN
In audio is the Honed Horn Compendium soundclash on Covert Tides, featuring tracks from Oxbraingoathoof, Ghost Propaganda Dept., Zero-Zero, FTC, Anti-Spectacularists, Chapletown Punx, Mad Mark, Cross Of Light Temple (with Bishop Yikes), Kontext 391 and Ban See. None of the artistes have been dumped in the swamp or dragged into the jackpot. Originally intended as a 33rpm vinyl LP, those involved couldn't resist the urge to frisbee black circles against grey concrete walls, so it has been rescued into a high-quality digital version.
Confusive mixed messages meets the arcane dark ambient, evoking a marvellously strange atmosphere that fluctuates between a sombre crudely-shaped clay idol of scrambled countenance to a flicking illusion of subtle chill crowd pauser to stump entrails and religious screaming. Droning dream keyboards, field recordings, spoken and found voices evoke the old school tiger analogue as the resonating forces intermesh into fully esoteric art porn with a profound mystery reach. ABOVE AVERAGE YOUTUBE ACTION
I don't "really believe" but am interested in the "Reptilians-Shapeshifting-On-TV" theory, and this video evidence presented by oceanwavex is rather interesting (also note how a mouse's tail appears to be hanging out of the Queen's mouth at 1:10. Dead rodents are of course bought at pet shops to feed to reptiles). Another freaky example found by the same researcher bolsters the Nazi-Alien assertion. As a commentator has observed: "Tory template . . . all workday : school day - let us prey : to Mrs T May - she'll shave day" ("Mrs T" was the nickname of the previous female PM, Margaret Thatcher). It reminds some of us of the clocked out meanderings of Mary "Mung Bean" Moran, that may see publication one day, should the appropriate permissions be granted.

MY OLD & NEW ART RELATIONS
Detail from one of the three existing versions of Collaboration (2016-2017), a 12pp, A4-sized, full-colour book by Mark Reeve & Dr Adolf Steg (who did most of the work). It's not for sale, and features the OKOK Society's OKOK Manual (1999), that has seen a number of exhibitions and recycles into various mediums, including by me, in the form of Koala Nuke Moth.
The cover I made for the Fucking My Third Eye With My Left Forefinger audio-cassette (Fiend 0002) by Expose Your Eyes, sometime in the pre-internet age. I like its simplicity, and using an electric typewriter that made the title just fit exactly.

HIGH WILD
All artistic representation is a form of illusion to trick the senses. Whether trompe l'oeil frescos in Roman villas, MC Escher's impossible perspectives or the mindwarp games of René Magritte and Bridget "Op-Art" Riley, two coins are not one, held back-to-back. This slick intricate legerdemain surely goes on in other fields/files. Those locals putting on their silk undersuit to go and check out the new Tool Station at Bangor's Gateway Park due to the lure of a free paintbrush. On the way told to collect particular corner garden waste that fermented interesting numbers. Identify. Clarify. Transcend.

STEEPED BEYOND THE I
On waking I was disturbed to be informed that my/OKOK Society's name was mentioned on the Saatchi Art website, but it turned out to be in connection with a forgotten mail-art project I did with John Wiltshire years ago. Then I find out about the OKOK Reversal, in the form of a concert venue in Camden Town, London, renamed KOKO in 2004. It originally opened in 1900 as the Camden Theatre and its function is a hub for the show business, especially music, with many of the 'greats' playing there, including The Rolling Stones, aka Koko the talking gorilla, ergo the untitled track 11 by "Okok" on Side 1 of the Cookie Wagon C90 audio-cassette compilation released in 1999 on Dhyana Records (DHY 018). I have not heard or remember sending them this, if I did.
I tripped out down the floating kaleidoscope and tripped in to a British Folk Horror trio in quick succession: 1) Penda's Fen (1974), a BBC "Play for Today" of pastoral occult, deep state secret subterrannia, obey or rebel psychic-questing Worcestershire landscape mysteries and macabre, augmented by radiophonic sound by Paddy Kingsland. Now out on DVD and Bluray c/o the BFI. 2) Murrain (1975), part of ITV's Against the Crowd anthology, this one written by Nigel "Quatermass" Kneale. Rural madness, witchcraft or both, featuring Beeley (Bernard Lee, aka the James Bond zone M, modelled after MI5 spymaster Maxwell "M" Knight, a friend of fellow occult spook Aleister Crowley) targeting a suspected witch and filmed at Wildboarclough in east Cheshire, where the last wild boar in England was killed. It's an extra on the Beasts: The Complete Series two-disk DVD (Network, 2006), an ITV affair first broadcast in 1976, the whole also penned by Kneale. 3) The Borderlands (2013), a low budget but great atmosphere and pull-in plot found-footage feature; a Vatican team and secular sound engineer investigate paranormal happenings at a rural church in an unnamed remote region of southwest England. Is on DVD.
So the "consuming others" will continue as I forge ahead my own peculiar path in 2017, that must highly involve physical object releases and much less internet buckets and petty comforters. A lot is waiting in the wings. I shall let it fly...
