ULTRA-TRIPPING
The Sheffield Patrol Group (SPG) have just delivered Ultra-Tripping, featuring an eerie pair of photographs and suggestive texts that clearly show the veil is thin, sometimes absent, in that city. It also includes a short audio track by Madame Gong & The Feckulators entitled Open Plots, that is exclusive to this release. Get them here [1.2mb PDF/MP3].

CHAOS ART
Thanks to a great friend I have been able to locate
some of my long lost early art-magic image works that were published
in obscure occult zines over two decades ago, when I was into chaos

THE THIRD SIDE BROADCASTS GO MP3
I remember back in the day experiencing the compositions of Gérard Grisey, Alvin Lucier and others: the "New Music". I called it "Racket Music," as it sounded like an interminably awful racket and was a lucrative money-making chancer racket, with suspected sinister purposes, for listening to this stuff can provoke maximum terror. I grooved to concrete though, especially those late-1960s Pierre Henry LPs with the silver metallic covers. Raw weird, inner cosmic. Shows you ways to go. Which brings me here, to this horning heat. Could sex outside, like a waterfall through holes in the air, testing diamonds. It pushes past the giddy limit to a zone where one hears whispering from inside street trees, telepathic with animals and spirits. Ghost through the railway tracks, floating head in mist cloud following one's aura, doors rattle hung itself in the cupboard trapped, rays of purple thriller garden dark of the moon. This has inspired me to turn all of the sweet 16 full-length OKOK Research Bureau "Third Side Broadcasts" from CD-Rs into MP3s, for easier availability. DREAMGIRL & DREAMFILM
She came after I'd been trying to track down the 20-hour film Le Débarquement Spirituel (The Spiritual Disembarkment aka The Landing Spiritual - Light Images), made between 1987-1990 by Clovis Prévost and Chomo with Claude Clavel and Jean-Pierre Nadeau. It mostly stars Chomo (a French polymath born Roger Chomeaux [1907-1999]), and has that wild intense dreamlike atmosphere akin to Coffin Joe's cinematic gems, combining equally unrelenting weird imagery and soundtrack (also supplied by Chomo). To date, there doesn't seem to be a commercial release, but there's three short clips available on the Chomo website (via the 'Vidéos' tab at the top of the page).

LOST MARRIAGES
The Futurists have been fully recuperated into the Spectacle, hence Futurism: An Anthology (Rainey, Poggi & Wittman, eds., Yale University Press, 2009), that I don't think I will be buying, mammoth and fascinating tome as it seems. I have been curious to learn more about them from primary sources, as I know too much about the 'other' Dadaist movement, but what's important happening NOW is under all wave radar, far off the social media grid, not to mention academic publishers.
For instance, Tony Bias & the New Town Criers versus Yoni Eye Us & the Newton Despisers? That can wait. In the meantime there are ensembles such as the fanatical Northern UK anarcho-squat phenomenon, Thee Chapletown Punx, who roll up the newspapers to deliver a curious combination of deep spirituality, stinky combat boots and doctored homebrew, stomping the system. They trip a skillful occultoid mix that violets the atmosphere, and avoids all three-wheeled and spectralist opposition to present dynamic spring horse parlour tricks that swirl and curl spirally to meet the secret ebony bird table. The whole thing is an aerial.
Then there is Thee Sheffield Patrol Group (SPG), and its member Rana Breiner's scathing psychogeographical publication, Three & Three From The SPG, That Demonstrates Reality. This freely disseminated text and photo job documenting six UK drifts can be found here [80pp, 13.3mb PDF]. It won't be in the shops.

ART REWORKINGS
It was an interesting experiment to merge two automatic drawings by myself, made years apart, via the collage method (shown below). Not just their images but their memories and energies combined to create a third work, finding a new creator.
Riding the current, I made another collage the same day (shown below), from a single automatic drawing of mine. Now much smaller and concentrated, its rearrangement fascinated me, and when stared at before sleep it provoked odd feelings and some rather strange dreams.
You can get lost in this, and when I looked again now this prompts thoughts of the world beyond physics; a larger than life emulator sweeping away cobwebs and aspic. Such home practice could run the gamut of reactivated tear ducts, getting those that should to eat crow.

Literature PDFs that have been of interest these past weeks, also because they curiously complement each other:
Reverend Sabine Baring-Gould: Curious Myths of the Middle Ages (Rivingtons, 1877). Best known (in certain circles) for his non-fictional The Book of Were-Wolves (1865), this is his look at what the title says. HERE.
Max Stirner: The Ego & His Own (1844. First English Edition, translated from the German by Steven T. Byington, with an Introduction by JL Walker. Benj. R. Tucker, 1907). A good version of this purposefully-neglected, truly classic work on individual freedom. HERE.
Julie Wilson: An Investigation into the Philosophical & Psychological Basis of the Work of Hermann Nitsch & Genesis P-Orridge (Doctoral thesis, University of Huddersfield, 1997). A substantial examination by someone who actually knew and worked with the pre-ops GPO. HERE.
They are bolstering works I already have on the go, and it looks like they have also provoked an entirely new creation.

THE NWPN NEWSLETTER
The North Wales Psych[ic]ogeographical Network (NWPN) research the effects of terrains on the human organism and vice-versa. They conduct irregular field investigations throughout Dragonland and are developing experimental methods of working that combine the traditions of Psychic Questing, Earth Mysteries and Prehistoric Witchcraft. All issues of the NWPN newsletter have been compiled into one PDF file.

STRANGE PERIOD NOISE
An abstract, radio-based, cutting shapes ritual room recording simply entitled Noise was made by Mark Reeve both during, and to "code-out", a strange period in 1999. This 31-minute work can now be downloaded from here [MP3].

NEW AGE MANHOOD MAGAZINE
The rather curious single-issue, periodically updated electronic publication New Age Manhood Magazine (NAMM) from Effortless Genius Press consists of manifestos, texts and art by the experimental music bands Lab Rat Scene, Hate Criminals and other trailblazers in what could not be termed the "no-name" subculture, plus a hyperlink to their free 48-minute Initiation Into NAMM noise/montage compilation MP3. One gets more than hints about high-level occult conspiracies and commonplace otherworld ingress. "Do not climb on the Stones unless you are naked..." The New Age Manhood Magazine PDF is here.

HERE ARE THE WAYS
If occult-conspiracy texts, mountain man prose-poetry, fungoid gardens and the inherent mysterium are your thing then you may be interested in my bespoke imprint, the Spook Press, a new exciting venture that will be the main action this year. Do not censor me by refusing to buy my books! This is also the year of Psychic Questing, that has long been due for a resurge. So very promising, for it has many mansions and doorways.
Further to this, both volumes of Y (UNITE) magazine (2007) have been deleted as I need to extensively rework some of my articles for publication in an as-yet untitled new work of mine. The rest of the material shall be added to the forthcoming Oddments, apart from 'Frank Field the Magician' by Joel Biroco, that can be read here or here, and 'Respect the Yeti' by Stream Angel.
I should also add that some of the old OKOK Codes have been very active again. I had forgotten most were still operative. The Sunday night kaleidoscope was especially strong, and much has been ascertained. 24 hours spreads out over the week, over the month, into dreams. I am given new information. I transmit new information. I appear to speak during 'Ultra Normaloid' on The Magician (In Orbit) by The Magician, that's listenable here.
